➢ 24/7 teams for corrective maintenance and rotating teams for PPM (Planned preventive maintenance)

➢ All DC power systems including rectifiers, UPS’s (Uninterrupted Power Supply) batteries, all distribution systems-PDUs (Power Distribution Units) etc.

➢ Maintenance & installation of lighting, earthing system and its routine testing, small power including all distribution systems- NIDB, SMDB, FDB & panels.

➢ All HVAC systems including chillers, CRAC, package and split units.

➢ All ELV systems including CCTV systems, gates & barriers, sliding doors, roller shutter doors.

➢ Domestic water system- sanitary, plumbing & potable water distribution system.
